Gregory K. Beale is an American Reformed evangelical biblical scholar and ordained Presbyterian minister who serves as Professor of New Testament and Biblical Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary in Dallas and previously held the J. Gresham Machen Chair of New Testament at Westminster Theological Seminary. He has made major contributions to conservative biblical scholarship—especially on the New Testament’s use of the Old Testament, the Book of Revelation, and biblical theology—and served as president of the Evangelical Theological Society in 2004, authoring numerous influential books and commentaries.
