Description
In this discourse (originally delivered in 1809), Virginia Presbyterian John Holt Rice opens up the heart of a pastor’s work, both in relation to other ministers and in relation to the church in general. He concludes by explaining the central motivation of a pastor. Every pastor, whether new or experienced, will benefit from the encouragement of this oft-forgotten American Presbyterian forefather.
