August 28, 1837 Open Letter Concerning Ignatius, in Reply to the Rev. Septimus Tuston

Letter rebukes Dr. George A. Baxter for aiding repeal of the 1801 plan of union and for partisan maneuvers in the General Assembly and seminary, accusing hypocrisy.

The second professor at Princeton Theological Seminary, Miller was a prolific writer, and diligent minster of the gospel, who was widely recognized as a leader in 19th century American Presbyterianism. Many of his works remain in print today.
